The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Solution:
Step 1: Click "Start button"
Step 2: in the search box, enter "Turn windows features on or off"
Step 3: in the features window, Click: "Internet Information Services"
Step 4: Click: "World Wide Web Services"
Step 5: Click: "Application Development Features"
Step 6: Check (enable) the features. I checked all but CGI.
